Privacy Policy

SlabCAD is operated by Monolit Group, a company registered in New Zealand. This policy covers slab-cad.com and the SlabCAD application. It is written plainly on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email support@slab-cad.com and we will explain it.

What we collect

What you give us at sign-up: your name, email address, password, business name, country, phone number, and optionally a tax identifier. The country sets the currency you are billed in; the rest identifies your shop and lets us reach you.

What you create in the product: your jobs, drawings, imported site files and printed sheets. This is your commercial information. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to train anything.

What the service records automatically: standard server logs, and the dates your account signs in and is last active, so we can keep the service running and support you when something goes wrong. This website reads the country your connection comes from to show prices in your currency and to start the sign-up form on it, and includes it with any message you send through the contact form.

What we do not collect

There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts and no cookies on this website beyond the one that keeps you signed in to the app. We do not build a profile of you across other sites.

Where it is stored

Accounts and application data are held in Supabase (PostgreSQL), and the site and application run on Vercel. Each account’s data is isolated at the database level by row-level security, so one account cannot read another’s. Support email is handled by Microsoft 365, and account emails are sent through Resend. Card payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number.

One login, three products

SlabCAD, Slabkast and SlabQuote share a single login. Creating an account on any one of them creates the account you use for all three. Your drawings stay within the product they were made in unless you send them to another.

Who else sees it

The people who run Monolit Group, and only where support or maintenance requires it. We use the service providers named above to operate the product. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete it and the data in it. Ask us for a copy of your data and we will provide it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@slab-cad.com. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection apply, and we act as the data controller for the information described above.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
